Hey. I need to send out an update: I'm fine. Bethlehem seems to be the safest place in whole region. I doubt that Hezbollah can hit here (or would want to) and hopefully the Israeli army will leave us alone. But really, don't worry, I'm fine.
I didn't want to write any worried e-mails seeing as how I'm two for two but I am so relieved that you are ok and that you are safe. Can you get me something about your take on things for the August issue? I know it's really short noitce, the deadline's the 24th. Perhaps I can use the update you mentioned you're going to write. If not that's fine, I have no shortage of stuff this month. I'm just happy to hear that you're ok.
This is Dedicated: To every human being who lives in the dark To whoever is caged in a nightmare full of dreams To the outreached arm of a drowning person... To those who missed their mother's bread
After three years of blogging about my experiences participating in Palestinian-led nonviolent resistance and living in the village of At-Tuwani, I suddenly find myself back in Chicago. In this blog, I chronicle my adventures supporting At-Tuwani's resistance from here in the United States.
