Google Earth

By the way, you can now search for "At-Tuwani" and "Al-Tuba" on Google Earth! They've been sitting marked on my computer for 4 months now, but thanks to Alajnabiya I've finally posted them. You'll also find some other sites that I've talked about on this blog marked and labeled. Have fun.

And thanks again, Alajnabiya. Your blog is very beautiful, not to mention informative.

I have uploaded several of the photos from the CPT gallery as well as a few of my own to the Panoramio site. If you go to my page, you can see the pictures and there are links to see them in Google Earth. They are waiting for review by Panoramio, to decide if they will be added to the Panoramio - Geographic Web layer in Google Earth. That takes a month or two. They don't like photos with people or animals as the subject for Google Earth, so I had a hard time finding CPT pictures that they might accept. The one with the wildflowers on the hill is wonderful, btw. Did you take it? If you have any suggestions or comments about how I posted them, please tell me.

I just wanted to tell you that the pictures that I uploaded from the CPT gallery have been selected for Google Earth, so they will become part of the Panoramio layer in a month or so.
